Unity Team Member Niki A. recently stopped by the future site of the Unity Public Library to make a donation to help get them started. Downeast CU has donated at the $500 Mentor level to help launch this non-profit which will be a terrific resource to the region. The Library plans to offer books, audio books, CDs and DVDs, also offering high-speed WiFi with many digital resources like interlibrary loans and other digital libraries.
We look forward to officially welcoming the Unity Public Library to the community very soon!
