Topsham Team Members participated in the Topsham Parks and Rec Trunk-or-Treat event on Halloween. Over 300 kids turned out with about 15 volunteers decorating their vehicles and handing out candy. Decor ranged from Transformers, Kung-Fu Pandas, sharks and our very own spooky spiders! The event was a great success!
