How to access the Online Portal: CSR-24

  • If you currently have a policy with DEI, please contact your agent to be enrolled
  • After you’re enrolled, visit downeastinsurance.com
  • Click Client Portal in the left hand navigation bar

How to access the Mobile App: DEI 24/7

  • If you currently have a policy with DEI, please contact your agent to be enrolled
  • After you’re enrolled, the only necessary step is to download our “DEI 24/7” application from your phone’s App Store
  • Log in with your credentials
