International Credit Union Day is taking place on Thursday, October 19, 2023, and this year is extra special: it’s the 75th anniversary! On this day for the last three quarters of a century, credit unions from across the country and around the globe have come together to celebrate the credit union movement. We hope you’ll join us in celebrating the ways the People Helping People industry works to improve the financial lives of our members and uplift our communities.
In honor of the 75th anniversary of International Credit Union Day, we will be raising money for our local food pantries, so please bring your loose change to make a donation or non-perishable Thanksgiving food items to help stock their shelves. With your help, we can reach our goal of raising enough money to provide 75 meals to our neighbors in need. Members who stop by our branches can enjoy treats and DECU giveaways!
