Get ready for a whole new digital banking experience! Access all the features you need with ease—no more buried navigation items. And customize your homepage to make it uniquely yours.

Here’s what’s coming soon:

The experience is consistent, modern and intuitive.
Enjoy consistency across online banking and the mobile app, including how you sign on.

Your homepage can be personalized to you.
Control which features appear on your homepage by adding widgets to your “favorites.” And collapse, expand or reorder them at any time. Plus, change the name you’re greeted with when you sign on.

Important information is front and center.
See due date and past due information for specific account types right on the Accounts widget. Important messages are also displayed upfront, with the option to click for additional details. You can also view your five most recent transactions on the homepage without having to click into an account.

Essential tasks are just a click away.
Make payments, transfer money or create budgets—right from the Accounts widget.

DECU Online Banking allows you to manage your account with your computer at home, work, anywhere, anytime.

  • Transfer funds between accounts you are on
  • View cleared checks
  • View account histories
  • Make loan payments from external accounts
  • Apply for new accounts or loans

This free service allows you to pay all your bills from one spot, no stamps, envelopes or trips to the Post Office.

  • Schedule single or recurring payments
  • Set up to receive e-notifications for payments due or paid

You must be an active Online Banking user and have a checking (share draft) account in order to enroll in Bill Pay.

  • Log in to your Online Banking
  • Use the Bill Pay tab to access the enrollment form
  • Complete the form and you’re all set

We offer a free person to person payment service to members through Online Banking and Mobile App.   You can send and receive payments electronically instead of using traditional check payments.

  • Sending and receiving money is as easy as emailing and texting.
  • Visit Online Banking and select Move Money, then select Person to Person Transfers; or from the Mobile App, select More and then Person to Person Transfers.

Save time and the environment with eStatements.

  • View eStatements on the first day of the month, no waiting for the mail
  • Assurance that your eStatement is a secure document requiring user authentication for access
  • Ability to view past eStatements
  • Ability to save statements as a file document or print using your own computer
  • Ability to view other communications, including newsletters and inserts
